If you become a monthly flat-rate member, you can take full-scale lessons by exclusive trainers for each area such as bouldering and trampoline! Ninja Park is a place where all generations, from beginners to advanced, can enjoy every day for physical fitness and health.

If you become a monthly flat-rate member, you can enjoy all areas of Ninja ☆ Park as you would at a gym. In addition you have unlimited use of all lessons by exclusive trainers in every area! Improve your child’s physical performance. Help aid your mother’s weight reduction. Help improve your father’s physical strength and maintain your grandparent’s health.

Exercise class to attend with children
For example, at the Koga branch, children’s lessons and women-only exercise lessons are offered at the same time so that mothers and grandmas can take exercise lessons while their children are taking their lessons!

As a depository for kids after school
At the Koga branch, we offer an after school (weekdays) program where our staff will pickup your child at his or her Kindergarten or Nursery school and they can play until the parents pick them up. In addition, various lessons are available depending on the day of the week.
